West End Steelers 2021-2022 Jr. NBA Program

Below is the information from our 2021-2022 season

For Boys and Girls 5 years old (born 2016)

The West End Steelers are pleased and proud to announce the fifth season of the Jr. NBA program. After four very successful years where the Steelers delivered the new program in partnership with NBA Canada, We are please to announce it will run again.

The program curriculum has been designed and written by youth sport specialists in conjunction with NBA Canada and covers the development of all fundamental movement skills (running, jumping, throwing, catching) and basketball skills (footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting) that are appropriate for the age level.

The program will begin late October and run for 12 sessions. It is currently scheduled to run Monday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Registration for this program will be $150 and each child will receive a Spalding basketball, an NBA team T-shirt, and additional items.

This is a limited enrollment program. At this time, only 20 players will be registered on a first come, first served basis.

Successful applicants will be notified by email with a confirmation and where/when the 1st session will take place.
